Poll Finds 97% Of Respondents Picture Pat Bullock Grinning When Word 'Manzanita' Spoken

A new poll conducted across the group found that, when asked to provide their immediate reaction to the sound of the word ‘Manzanita,’ 97 percent of respondents replied by describing the sight of Pat Bullock smiling.

‘We've found that in nearly all instances, the image that comes to mind within milliseconds of the word ‘Manzanita’ being spoken is a relatively nondescript man with a mischievous grin spreading across his face,' said researchers, adding that the identical tableau visualized by the vast majority of test subjects also included a rising feeling of contentment, even with the knowledge that Bullock’s grin is likely to be at the respondent’s own expense.

‘We received a patchwork of closely matched descriptions of coastal scenery, sun soaked skies, and various locales across the beach town, but upon closing their eyes, the universal constant was a beaming Bullock.’

‘The lone variable we found was whether or not respondents also imagined Bullock making a playfully abrasive comment. Those subjects who did not imagine this element instead had already been lightly insulted, and the smiling Bullock awaited their response.’

The report reveals that every single test subject became visibly upbeat, kept their eyes shut, and requested for researchers to say that word to them again.
