The San Dune Pub is For Sale
Since 1935, the San Dune Pub has been an iconic institution, and the current chapter is coming to an end as it’s time for someone else with strong shoulders and a thick neck to take over the job.
The San Dune is looking for a new owner who, while getting their stout legs under them, will treat its cherished halls with care, prepare (and consume) the finest of Long Island Iced Teas, and credit card not only patrons’ tabs, but also their backsides.
This a turnkey opportunity that includes all that is needed to own and operate a profitable restaurant business. Previous experience in the education industry is extremely applicable.
While it would be preferable to keep the San Dune name, the seller is open to rebranding to something like ‘Skinny’s’ or maybe ‘Sando’s’.
